About the Job
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic sales & business development executive to lead our growth efforts at Mad Men Marketing. This role involves developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving strategic revenue initiatives across branding, advertising, and digital service lines.Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business leads across sectors (FMCG, lifestyle, tech, etc.)
2. Lead pitches, craft proposals, and close high-value deals with brands and corporates
3. Build long-term client relationships and drive account growth
4. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and servicing teams to ensure delivery excellence
5. Attend industry events and represent Mad Men Marketing as a thought leader
