Role overview
As a Business Growth Executive, you will own the top of the funnel: identifying qualified prospects by researching company/profile fit, reaching out across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, messaging), and booking discovery calls for the sales team. This role is ideal for high-potential freshers or early-career professionals who can learn quickly and enjoy hunting for opportunities.
Key responsibilities
1. Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company sites, directories, and other channels.
2. Build and maintain prospect lists in the CRM (create accurate contact records, tagging, and company notes).
3. Execute multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn connection + message, phone, and other relevant channels).
4. Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives / Senior BD; coordinate calendars and follow-ups.
5. Nurture early-stage prospects with personalised cadence and update CRM activity.
6. Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and meeting booking targets.
7. Work with Marketing & Sales to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), email copy and sequences.
8. Report on outreach metrics and pipeline contribution.
