7)Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1)Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities
2)Able to find the real estate within the given specifications
3)Negotiate with the landlords on any issues
4)Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords
5)Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis
6)Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites
7)Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility
SALARY
4.5LPA-5LPA(Depending upon interview and experience)+Incentives upto 3LPA. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company.
