Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients across corporate and institutional sectors.
2. Conduct market research, prospect mapping, and lead generation.
3. Prepare proposals, presentations, and coordinate with senior management for business pitches.

5. Work closely with the L&D and R&D teams to align business opportunities with training programs.
6. Coordinate with leadership on project execution and reporting deliverables.
