About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Lead Generation: Visit new and ongoing luxury construction sites (e.g., villas, high-end apartments, penthouses) and interact with builders, site supervisors, and other key contacts to collect customer data for luxury interior projects.
2. Daily Targets: Consistently meet or exceed a daily target of collecting at least 50 customer contact numbers from affluent clients or luxury project stakeholders.
3. Data Management: Accurately record all collected data, including customer names, phone numbers, and project details, with a focus on discerning the potential for high-end interior work.
4. Field Reporting: Provide daily reports on your field activities, including specific high-end sites visited, contacts made, and data collected.
5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a professional relationship with builders and professionals involved in luxury construction to secure a steady flow of leads.
6. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with new high-end construction projects and market trends in the luxury real estate sector.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for further follow-up and sales conversion.
