Key responsibilities:1. Inbound and Outbound calls to potential leads/customers.
2. Provide software demo and trainings to the potential business clients.
3. Provide technical assistance during product installation, setup, and operation.
4. Manage to keep good relationship with the existing clients.
5. Work closely with marketing, product development, and service teams.
