About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
2. Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the on-boarded professionals.
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.
