Key Responsibilities:• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels

• Follow up with prospects, address basic queries, and support advisors in closing deals.
• Maintain lead dashboards, track pipeline progress, and share regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with advisors, marketing, and product teams, while staying updated on insurance products and objection-handling techniques.
