About the Job
This internship offers a rigorous, hands-on learning experience designed to fast-track candidates into careers in B2C sales and business development. Interns will work closely with the Sales Team as junior sales associates, contributing directly to business outcomes while gaining end-to-end exposure to the sales cycle.This role is ideal for ambitious students with a strong drive to build a successful career in sales within a high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities:
A. Initial Outreach & Qualification
1. Draft and execute personalized cold emails and outreach messages to secure introductory meetings.
2. Conduct initial cold calls to understand prospect needs and qualify them against ideal customer profiles.
B. Sales Operations & Reporting
1. Update and manage customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
2. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, emails sent, meeting conversions, and pipeline growth.
3. Support the senior sales team in preparing professional presentations and introductory proposals.
