About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Client Communication
1. Send introduction messages, proposal emails, and product details.
2. Schedule client calls/demos for the sales team.
3. Follow up with prospects through email/phone/WhatsApp as instructed.
B. Documentation & Sales Support
1. Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and presentation documents.
2. Maintain updated pricing sheets and product brochures.
3. Ensure accuracy and consistency of all client-facing documents.
C. CRM / Reporting
1. Maintain customer database accurately.
2. Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and activities.
3. Analyse lead quality and report trends for decision-making.
D. Coordination
1. Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
2. Coordinate internally to fulfil client requirements or clarify product details.
3. Support the BD Manager in daily operations and tasks.
E. Market Research
1. Collect competitor information and market updates.
2. Prepare basic research reports for strategy and planning.
F. Customer Support (Pre-Sales)
1. Respond to initial customer enquiries professionally.
2. Provide product information and forward queries to concerned departments.
