Key responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers and generate leads for financial products such as loans, credit cards, and investment solutions.
2. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to clients.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
5. Maintain customer records and follow up on documentation requirements.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client applications.
7. Participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.
Skills & competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial products (training will be provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
