About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
3. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
4. Support in managing client relationships and follow-up communications
5. Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions
6. Help maintain and update CRM systems with client information and sales activities
7. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
8. Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
9. Learn and understand our HR services portfolio to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
