As a business development associate at Wayspire Ed-Tech Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses strong sales and marketing skills, as well as exceptional English proficiency in both spoken and written communication. If you are passionate about education and technology, and excel in building relationships and closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue
2. Identify potential business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ed-tech industry
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients
7. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
8. Achieve weekly & monthly revenue generation targets
Note:
1. 6 days working- Sunday off
2. Working hours: 11 am to 8 pm
3. Work from the office
4. For freshers stipend is 22k per month (6-month probation)
5. For full-time with a minimum of 1 year of business development experience, the package will be between 4 LPA to 7 LPA CTC
