About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our sales team as Business Development Associates. This role offers an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to build a career in the fast-growing Ed-Tech sector.
Key responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through various channels and manage the sales pipeline.
2. Engage with potential clients to understand their learning requirements.
3. Present product offerings and explain value propositions effectively.
4. Support senior team members in achieving sales goals and targets.
5. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly.
6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers may apply).
Sales Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
Education:
UG: B.Tech (Technical), B.Com/BBA (Non-Technical)
PG: M.Tech (Technical), MBA (Marketing & Sales)
Professional Background: Ed-Tech experience preferred / Freshers welcome.
Key skills required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation and goal orientation.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer handling.
Quick learner with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
