1. Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and digital platforms
2. Support lead generation and follow-ups under the guidance of the sales team
3. Understand client requirements and assist in pitching cybersecurity solutions
4. Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams
5. Update leads, follow-ups, and sales data in CRM
6. Work towards assigned sales targets
