About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and research to identify and evaluate potential clients, ensuring they align with the target audience and business objectives
2. Use CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document customer interactions while keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and updates
3. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to confidently present them to clients and demonstrate their value
4. Engage with potential leads to understand their needs, identify their pain points, and present customized solutions that address those needs, focusing on long-term relationships rather than quick sales
5. Maintain consistent communication with leads in the sales funnel, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets by closing deals and managing the sales pipeline effectively
7. Work closely with the operations team, marketing, training, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and close sales effectively
