Key responsibilities:- make outbound calls to prospective leads and introduce the offering
- handle inbound and outbound inquiries, answer questions, resolve doubts
- build rapport with prospects and guide them through the enrollment process
- schedule discovery calls or demos based on availability and ensure follow-up
- document all interactions, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system
- collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and share insights
