Business Development Associate – HelloRampLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Timings: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Mon–Fri)

Role overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you’ll help expand HelloRamp’s presence in the US market. This is a target-driven role involving lead generation, client engagement, and deal conversion. Ideal for someone ambitious, persuasive, and eager to grow in a global startup.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with US automotive dealers via calls, emails, and demos.
2. Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads.
3. Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline tracking.
4. Conduct product presentations and address client needs.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
7. Stay informed on market trends and competition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BBM preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset; comfortable with US hours.
Based in Bangalore and willing to work on-site.
CRM experience (HubSpot/Zoho) is a plus.
Preferred attributes:
Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or international calling.
Familiarity with the automotive/tech industry.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and growth mindset.

Interview process:
Round 1 – Recruiter Screen (15–20 min): Background, communication, shift availability.
Round 2 – Skills Assessment (30–45 min): Sales pitch, objection handling, role play.
Round 3 – HR/Culture Fit (20–30 min): Motivation, teamwork, values alignment.
Compensation:
Fixed: ₹3.6 LPA
Incentives: ₹1.2 LPA
Total CTC: ₹4.8 LPA
