As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be the growth engine driving property expansion, customer satisfaction, and brand trust across Bangalore.This role is for execution-focused professionals who thrive on communication, persuasion, and performance. You’ll not just sell — you’ll help hundreds find homes faster, smoother, and smarter.
Key responsibilities:
1. Drive daily sales calls — engage leads, understand their needs, and close accommodation bookings.
2. Manage property listings and coordinate visits between customers and property managers.
3. Pitch Gharpayy’s value proposition confidently to tenants and PG owners.
4. Convert leads into paying customers through strong follow-ups and relationship building.
5. Identify and onboard new properties to strengthen Gharpayy’s inventory across prime areas.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to refine campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
7. Maintain CRM hygiene — track leads, closures, and feedback accurately
