About the Job
Erino is a fast-growing new-age CRM for real estate sales teams. We’re building the next big sales tech brand across India + Dubai and looking for our first outbound sales champion — someone bold enough to pick up the phone and make builders/channel partners say “Tell me more.”As a Business Development Associate at Erino, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business and driving growth. If you have proficiency in both English and Hindi, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Call potential customers and understand their pain, pitch Erino, and book discovery calls & demos.
2. Ask sharp questions (CRM used? Team size? Sales process?).
Selection Process:
1. Round 1 = Your Audition Video (Mandatory)
You are already qualified for Round 1.
If you can sell, prove it. This is your first interview round.
Note: Only candidates who send the video will be considered.
2. Record a mock call pitching Erino CRM to a builder who uses Excel.
Goal →
1. Get them interested in a Discovery Call
2. Ask 3 qualifying questions (CRM used? Team size? Biggest pain?)
3. Close with confidence
