About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. New Business Acquisition (Cafés & Roasters): Knock on café doors, pitch like a pro, and onboard new partners. Spot opportunities, build pipelines, and close deals (no pipeline = no caffeine).
2. Account Management & Receivables: Keep relationships warm, sales flowing, and payments on time. Think of yourself as part account manager, part financial watchdog.
3. Brand Promotion & Events: Show up at coffee events, festivals, and tastings to make noise (and pour plenty of samples). Drive visibility and make our brand impossible to ignore.
4. Client Relationship Management: Stay close to your accounts with regular check-ins. Upsell, cross-sell, and basically make sure no one forgets us after the first cup.
