About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
3. Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database.
4. Work closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies.
5. Rigorously follow up on the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, etc.
6. Extensively communicate the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers, for example).
7. Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.
8. Go live on a Video Call with parents.
