About the Job
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support our EV dealership network and sales operations. The role involves lead generation, dealer coordination, and sales conversions through calling, web meetings, and CRM follow-up. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Business ERP systems.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential dealers, sub-dealers, and customers
2. Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
3. Update and maintain lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP
4. Schedule and conduct web meetings / virtual product demos
5. Support the sales team in dealer onboarding and documentation
6. Coordinate with regional teams for lead status and closures
7. Share regular MIS, call reports, and conversion summaries
8. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, payment follow-up, and delivery through the ERP system.
9. Prepare and deliver professional presentations (PPTs) to prospects and partners
10. Support dealers in local marketing, promotional activities, and retail conversion
