About the Job
Key responsibilities:A. Student Counselling/Sales Call
1. Engage with prospective students over calls.
2. Understand their background, career aspirations, and challenges, and pitch relevant Pregrad courses.
3. Maintain and update student data in internal templates.
B. Enrollment Assistance
1. Assist students with course selection, fee payment, and registration.
2. Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
3. Share accurate details regarding the fee structure and payment cycles as provided by management.
C. Performance Tracking
1. Maintain records of all student interactions and counselling outcomes.
2. Track and report conversion rates and enrollment numbers.
3. Prepare periodic performance reports.
D. Sales Pipeline
1. Manage daily sales pipeline, including self-generated leads, referrals, follow-ups, and assigned leads.
2. Work toward daily and weekly conversion goals.
E. Sales Conversion
1. Negotiate deals that are beneficial for both the student and the organization.
2. Ensure profitability guidelines are met as per management directions.
F. Student Coordination
1. Communicate professionally through calls, messages, and emails to document discussions.
2. Act as a bridge between the student and the operations team from enrollment to course completion.

1. Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets.
2. Conversion Rates.
3. Client Satisfaction and Retention Rates.
4. Sales Pipeline Growth.
