Key responsibilities:1. Client servicing: Understanding the existing client requirements and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the right AI implementation
2. Solutioning: Suggesting new features and use cases along with a business case to the clients
3. Upselling: Upselling and increasing the billing from existing accounts
Note: The business analyst works in the customer success department with a revenue KPI
Note:
1. Freshers have a probation period of 3months, with a stipend of Rs 20000 during probation
2. Experienced candidates get 5-6LPA
