About the Job
As a Billing Assistant at Parragon Publishing India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing. Your knowledge of MS-Office, Tally, and MS-Excel will be essential in handling invoice processing and order management effectively. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will also be key in communicating with clients and vendors.Key Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices accurately and on time, both offline and online
2. Manage order entry and ensure proper documentation
3. Assist in GST compliance and reporting
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
5. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth billing operations
6. Maintain billing records and reports for management review
7. Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
8. Update stocks and process all e-commerce orders on all portals
