Key responsibilities:1. Conduct engaging beauty training sessions for staff, students, or channel partners.
2. Deliver theory and practical sessions on skincare, haircare, makeup, grooming, and product usage.
3. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
4. Develop a strong understanding of all beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products.
5. Demonstrate correct application techniques, product benefits, and usage guidelines.
6. Address trainee queries and ensure clarity on product performance and features.
7. Create training manuals, step-by-step guides, presentation decks, and demo videos.
8. Update training content based on new product launches, trends, and beauty techniques.
9. Ensure training material is easy to understand, visually appealing, and in line with brand standards.
