Key Responsibilities:1. Identify, approach, and onboard B2B clients such as offices, cafés, co-working spaces, hostels, pantry vendors, and retailers.
2. Generate leads through field visits, references, and cold calling.
3. Conduct product demos and sampling sessions to showcase product quality.
4. Negotiate pricing, volumes, and payment terms to close profitable deals.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
