About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Own end-to-end design for Wo Health mobile app in Figma
2. Design core screens: onboarding, calendar, check-ins, steps, leaderboards, partner view
3. Collaborate closely with engineering; iterate quickly based on usage
4. Use AI tools for copy variants, ideas, and quick exploration
5. Create and maintain a design system (tokens + components)
6. Design all important states (loading, error, empty, offline, permission)
7. Create app icon, splash, and store screenshots
