We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Associates to join our dynamic insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Health, Motor, and Life Insurance products to domestic customers over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused attitude.Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products (health, motor, and life).
2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
3. Handle customer queries effectively and ensure a positive client experience.
4. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM system regularly.
6. Follow up on leads and renewals as required.
