About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Produce detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements.
2. Coordinate and execute functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
3. Design, manage, and maintain automated test scripts for high- and medium-impact scenarios.
4.Ensure comprehensive test coverage to improve product quality and reduce defects.
5. Collaborate with the development team for timely defect identification, reporting, and resolution.
6. Document QA processes, workflows, and best practices to maintain auditability and consistency.
7. Provide timely communication to stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issues.
8. Demonstrate practical decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-changing environment.
