About the Job
Key responsibilities1. ERP Implementation (Odoo): Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying ERP modules across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and retail functions.
2. Workflow & Automation Design: Develop logical and efficient workflows and automation scripts to improve operations — from production planning to dispatch tracking.
3. SOP Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, logistics, finance) to document processes and create standard operating procedures that serve as the foundation for ERP modules.
4. Business Analysis: Understand end-to-end business requirements and translate them into structured ERP configurations and Python-based solutions.
5. Custom Module Development: Build or customize Odoo modules using Python to support unique use cases such as quality control, cold-chain tracking, and inventory variance management.
6. Testing & Support: Conduct testing, debugging, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth ERP adoption across non-technical teams.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with operations and management teams to ensure ERP systems accurately mirror real-world workflows.
8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new Odoo features, automation frameworks, and best practices to enhance and scale business systems.
