About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for travel assignments using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
2. Build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare candidates and partner facilities.
3. Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Note:
1. Salary range: 3 LPA (open to negotiation as per company norms) plus incentives and bonuses up to ₹40 lakhs annually.
2. Work timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST.
3. Office location: Logix Infotech Park, near Metro Station Sector 59, D-5, D Block, Sector 59, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.
