3. Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
6. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
