Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Any degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
4. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Strong decision-making skills
