Job description:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Supervise the production team to ensure operations run efficiently and maintain high standards of quality
2. Monitor production schedules and coordinate activities to ensure deadlines are met
3. Oversee daily production processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve workflow
4. Maintain accurate records of supplies and inventory, ensuring all data is up to date
5. Track stock levels and initiate timely restocking to prevent production delays
6. Organize and manage supplies for smooth and uninterrupted production operations
7. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure material availability and delivery timelines
8. Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold production standards
9. Analyze inventory usage trends and recommend improvements in resource management
10. Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed throughout the production process
The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and have strong problem-solving abilities to ensure the production process runs seamlessly. Attention to detail, communication skills, and experience in inventory management are essential.
