We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, and autonomous designer-illustrator to join our core team and help define our visual identity and product experience. The role: An autonomous & entrepreneurial creative leader. We are seeking a senior graphic designer and Illustrator with 0-2 years of professional experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who is not just a master of design tools but also possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be expected to take full ownership of the visual process, from concept to final delivery, thinking strategically about design's impact on business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Conceptualization & design leadership:
1. Independently conceive, develop, and execute innovative and original graphic design and illustration concepts that align with our brand vision.
2. Translate complex ideas and marketing objectives into clear, compelling, and visually-stunning graphics and illustrations for all platforms (digital, social media, print, product, presentations, etc.).

B. Creative execution & mastery:
1. Produce high-quality, final artwork for a diverse range of projects including infographics, digital illustrations, social media campaigns, branding collateral, website assets, and more.
2. Maintain absolute brand consistency while consistently introducing fresh and modern design trends.

C. Autonomy & ownership:
1. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering all assets on time with minimal supervision.
2. Take the lead in establishing efficient design workflows and best practices.

D. Collaboration & teamwork:
1. Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to brainstorm ideas and ensure visual solutions effectively meet project requirements.
2. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers or interns.

E. Innovation & strategy:
1. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design tools, and competitor activity to ensure unScripters remains innovative and cutting-edge.
2. Proactively suggest and implement new visual strategies that can drive user engagement and business growth.
