Key Responsibilities:1. Build ingestion (MQTT→API→Postgres/Timescale) with idempotent writes
2. Implement multi-tenant RBAC, CSV/PDF exports, rule engine (threshold/event) & alerts panel
3. Ship 5 MVP pages + PWA offline (downtime/maintenance)
4. Stand up staging/prod on VPS, CI/CD, backups, monitoring
