About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. HR client handling:
1. Connect with HRs and perform rigorous follow-ups with new and existing HR clients for training requirements
2. Advise clients on the best training solutions based on their organizational needs
3. Understand training needs by engaging with clients and assessing requirements
4. Conduct need assessments and provide HR solutions to meet client objectives
5. Design and submit business proposals for training and development programs
6. Prepare pre and post-training assessments, perform analysis, and submit detailed reports
7. Curate learning journeys tailored to client goals and workforce needs
B. Training coordination:
1. Understand in depth the training needs of respective clients and target participants
2. Conduct diagnostics to identify current challenges within the company
3. Analyze data collected from assessments to derive insights
4. Align expected deliverables with training content in consultation with trainers
5. Finalize content collaboratively with clients and trainers
6. Curate final training modules and assessments effectively using AI tools
7. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of training content to ensure relevance and impact
8. Curate pre and post-tests using appropriate AI-generated prompts
9. Form reports using AI tools for evaluation and feedback
10. Screen and contact trainers as per training needs, including new trainer searches via LinkedIn when required
11. Design proposals for respective workshops using Canva
12. Create content for business proposals, training materials, and business letters using ChatGPT
13. Utilize AI tools for report generation, data analysis, and service promotion
