About the Job
The Associate Analyst - Candidate Services will play a key role in supporting individuals through their career development journey. This role involves engaging with prospective candidates, understanding their goals, and guiding them toward the right set of professional development services, such as Resume Makeover, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, GCC Readiness Assessment, and the Career Accelerator Program.Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential candidates through website inquiries, WhatsApp, calls, or email to understand their career aspirations and support needs.
2. Provide detailed information about available programs, their benefits, and how they align with individual goals.
3. Assess candidate requirements and recommend suitable service combinations in a consultative manner.
4. Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure timely responses to candidate queries to support conversions.
5. Accurately document all interactions and progress updates in CRM or relevant tracking tools.
6. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover and exceptional post-enrollment experience.
7. Contribute to ongoing improvements in engagement processes, communication strategies, and candidate satisfaction metrics.
