Key Responsibilities:
1. Client onboarding: Engage potential clients via cold calling, social media, and digital touchpoints such as website leads and landing pages.
2. Luxury property consultation: Pitch premium properties to clients, accompany them on-site, and follow through persistently until the deal is closed.
3. Relationship management: Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and clients to keep momentum and push every potential lead to conversion.
4. Proactive sales initiatives: Take ownership of tasks and projects assigned with energy, urgency, and precision.
