About the Job
Key responsibilities:1.Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for lenses to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high quality standards.
2.Quality Assurance: Monitor production output and conduct regular inspections to ensure lenses meet optical and mechanical specifications.
3.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of machinery used in lens grinding, polishing, coating, and inspection.
4.Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve issues in the production line to minimize downtime and defects.
5.Production Planning: Collaborate with planning teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
6.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of production metrics, maintenance logs, and quality reports for compliance and continuous improvement.
