About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
2. Maintain and update order records from various sales channels (website, marketplaces, social media).
3. Prepare and hand over daily order sheets to the production team.
4. Track production timelines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
5. Check packing for quality and accuracy before dispatch.
6. Book shipments with courier partners, maintain tracking details, and follow up until delivery.
7. Collect customer feedback and request reviews after order completion.
8. Resolve any order or delivery-related issues quickly and professionally.
9. Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed.
