About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy person to manage client accounts, drive end-to-end recruitment processes, and leverage AI-driven tools for talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technology hiring across domains such as Cloud, data, DevOps, ML/AI, and software development, while also bringing innovation and process efficiency through Generative AI and data-driven HR practices.Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts by ensuring strong client relationships and driving successful closures
2. Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively with internal teams or third-party vendors to fulfill hiring needs
3. Source and assess technology candidates by utilizing hiring portals, partner networks, and social media platforms
4. Screen resumes and evaluate candidates’ technical fit by assessing IT fundamentals, databases, and coding skills
5. Manage technology-focused recruitment processes across roles in Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, ML/AI, Data Analysis, and Full Stack Development
6. Schedule and conduct AI-based interviews by leveraging Generative AI tools for candidate evaluation and shortlisting
7. Collaborate with internal teams to close positions efficiently through structured and data-driven hiring processes
8. Contribute as an AI Generalist by analyzing recruitment workflows and driving continuous process improvement
