About the Job
This role supports the full HR function, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, compliance, employee experience, and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will work closely with leadership to maintain a disciplined, positive, and performance-driven work environment.Key responsibilities:
A. Talent Acquisition
1. Handle the complete hiring cycle, from identifying requirements to closing positions.
2. Work with internal teams to understand manpower needs and deliver on hiring deadlines.
3. Explore new sourcing methods to improve speed and quality of hiring.
B. Compliance & Governance
1. Manage statutory and internal HR compliance requirements.
2. Ensure all documentation, records, and processes align with company policies and legal standards.
C. Employee Engagement & Culture
1. Plan and execute engagement activities that build morale and strengthen workplace culture.
2. Maintain discipline across the organization while promoting a healthy and collaborative environment.
D. HR Operations & Support
1. Assist the HR Manager with daily operations and strategic HR initiatives.
2. Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
3. Conduct research and development to improve HR processes, policies, and tools.
4. Manage payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality.
