About the Job
Key Responsibilities:A. Food Packing and Dispatch
1. Personally pack all orders as per portion, sealing, labelling, and packaging standards.
2. Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours.
3. Ensure complete orders with correct add-ons and accompaniments.
4. Coordinate with delivery riders and manage the order queue to avoid delays.
B. Inventory Support
1. Assist with daily stock checks of raw materials and packaging items.
2. Update inventory sheets and follow FIFO/FEFO.
3. Report low stock, fast-moving items, and variances on time.
4. Keep storage areas organised and hygienic.
C. Purchase and Receiving
1. Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of packaging and kitchen essentials.
2. Verify received items for quality, quantity, and expiry.
3. Maintain receiving logs.
4. Prepare purchase requests as needed.
D. Kitchen Operations (Non-Culinary)
1. Maintain hygiene at the packing and dispatch station.
2. Support daily checklists such as cleaning logs, temperature logs, and receiving logs.
3. Assist the Supervisor in managing helpers and ensuring SOP adherence.
E. Reporting
1. Maintain daily consumption and packing reports.
2. Highlight operational issues immediately.
