As AGM – Sales, you’ll operate as a high-impact individual contributor — owning the full sales funnel, driving revenue growth, and establishing deep market relationships that fuel Gharpayy’s next phase of expansion.This role demands speed, clarity, and execution excellence. You’ll be the face of Gharpayy to both customers and property partners — turning every conversation into a growth opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify, research, and qualify leads through digital platforms, networks, and WhatsApp
2. Engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and position Gharpayy’s solutions effectively.
3. Manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure.
4. Conduct regular outbound calls, meetings, and property visits to generate new business.
5. Build and maintain a structured database of prospects and ongoing deals.
6. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure consistent sales momentum.
7. Maintain a strong feedback loop with the leadership team to optimize conversion and strategy.
8. Stay updated on competitor activities and market shifts to refine positioning and offers.
