About the Job
We are looking for an Assistant Floor Manager to join our dynamic team at Aarohan Agri Products PVT. LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the floor and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
4. Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the floor to create a pleasant shopping environment.
5. Handle customer inquiries and professionally resolve any complaints or issues.
6. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue.
7. Communicate effectively with the management team to provide updates on floor operations and suggest improvements.
