About the Job
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our early-stage, fast-growing startup. We value candidates who are open to new opportunities and excited about making an impact in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on the front line as part of our Business Development team, representing our company in front of the doctors.Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding new doctors in the defined territory.
2. Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.
3. Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
4. Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
5. Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and In-Clinic (OPD) camps.
6. Meeting at least 6 doctors, need to attempt 10-12 doctors.
You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your contributions will have a direct and meaningful impact on improving healthcare accessibility across India.
