About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Take Lead and ownership in achieving annual revenue targets
2. Guide and motivate Sales team & Dealers to keep them aligned towards revenue goal
3. Ensure sales team is trained well on the products & sales closing
4. Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers
5. Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
6. Manage Conflicts arising on the ground (if any) between company Sales/Service team, dealers, influencers & customers
7. To manage all sales related activities covering setting and monitoring targets, training of sales force and ensures accurate delivery of products.
8. To ensure high degree of customer satisfaction by providing quality service.
9. Implement the monthly sales plan by salesman and outlet and follows up the execution on a daily basis by monitoring the daily sales reports, customer records cards and merchandising reports.
10. Maximizes sales through effective and close follow up.
11. Monitor and review team performance for achieving the companies for short term and long term goals
12. Initiates highest standards of sales representatives' training including daily briefs, product knowledge, on-job coaching, and various sales techniques.
13. Solves issues related to people management and development.
14. Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
15. Forwards samples by entering request; arranging shipment; notifying customer
16. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
17. Ensure adherence to all company procedures and policies and monitor store inventory to maximize profits
18. Maintain good professional relationships with high-end customers in store premises and design retention strategies with regular customers
19. Manage all communication with existing client to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as telephone and e-mail
20. Analyze and ensure effective implementation of all brand guidelines regarding store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning to maximize customer satisfaction
